Orange Co., CA (May 2, 2024) – Emergency crews were summoned to the scene of a car crash that occurred in Orange County and ended in injuries. The incident was reported to the California Highway Patrol at around 3:20 p.m. on May 1.
According to official reports, a blue Hyundai Elantra collided with an E-bike on the Interstate 5 Freeway. The incident prompted the closure of the northbound side of the roadway near Avenida Pico. Medical personnel responded to the scene of the collision to render aid to the injured victim. The bicyclist was transported to an area hospital for further medical care. The accident is under investigation.
